Rates, terms and payments
Apartments
The reservations are on a weekly base and it is possible to book from the day of your choice, which grants you a great flexibility to choose your plane tickets.
Booking and payment

In order to book the apartment, you must sign the rental contract and pay a deposit corresponding to 25% of the rental amount.

The balance is payable 30 days before arrival.

The bail of € 300 is payable on arrival and returned on the day of departure.
The peak period extends from December to the end of March (winter in Europe and North America) and coincides with French school holidays.
In May and June the trade winds no longer blow, the sea is calm and the weather is magnificent.
It is the best season to visit Guadeloupe while benefiting from attractive rates, as since as with the return of good weather in Europe, there are fewer vacationers in the West Indies.
Cleaning & laundry package
A laundry and end-of-stay cleaning package of € 85 is added to your rental amount.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax collected by the Community of municipalities of the Riviera du levant is € 0.80 per adult per day.
Location de voiture couplée avec l'appartement
A partir de 2 semaines de location, il est possible de louer une Renault Arkana.
L'intérêt de ce SUV est qu'il :
- est haut (nombreuses routes peu carrossables en Guadeloupe)
- a un grand coffre (arrivée et départ de l'aéroport)
- est puissant (nécessaire pour monter les côtes de la Basse-Terre)
- est bien équipé (téléphone bluetooth, caméra de recul, radars de recul...)
- est livré à l'aéroport et remis à l'aéroport
