Apartments
The pricing structure is done by the week and it is possible to book from the day of your choice (thus you will have great flexibility to take your plane tickets).
Reservation and payment

To reserve the apartment, you must sign the rental contract and pay a deposit corresponding to 25% of the rental amount..

The balance is payable 30 days before arrival

The security deposit of €300 is paid on arrival (by check not cashed) and returned on the day of departure.
The most requested period extends December to the end of March (winter in Europe and North America) and coincide with the holidays French schools in may and in June the trade winds are no longer blowing, the sea is calm and the weather is magnificent.
This is the best season to visit Guadeloupe, benefiting from attractive prices because with the return of good weather in Europe, there are fewer vacationers in the West Indies.
Cleaning & laundry package
A laundry and end-of-stay cleaning package in the amount of €85 is added to the amount of your rental.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax collected by the Community of communes of the Riviera du Levant is €1.50 per adult and per day.
