The Crystal Beach residence
The Crystal Beach Residence was inaugurated in 2008.
Appreciated for its tranquility and its proximity to the city center, it is located directly on the seashore, in Saint-François.
The tree-lined residence has two swimming pools and direct access to the beach of Les Raisins Clairs and Manganao.
At its entrance, you will find a french baker, a Greek snack bar, a small supermarket, a hairdresser, a gym and bodybuilding, a beach restaurant and a gourmet restaurant.
You will also have access to a reserved parking space within the residence.
It is both safe & secure.
Exceptional housings for an unforgettable stay by the sea
Introduction
Our apartments are spacious and bright T3 with a large living room, a terrace dining room with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and including a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as two air-conditioned rooms with a queen size double bed and two single beds respectively;
A baby cot can also be provided free of charge.
Located on the first floor, the apartments can accommodate up to 4 vacationers each. Children are welcome.
Amenities
They both have a flat-screen TV , a dedicated wireless internet access (better than WI-FI in the residence). You will have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron, sheets, towels and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your comfort : a toaster, kitchenware, a microwave, a fan oven, a fridge, as well as a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Books and toys for children are made available to young vacationers.
Impeccably clean, our apartments both have comfortable furniture and pleasant decor in the Creole style. They are also each provided with their own water tank : you therefore do not suffer from water cuts, which are frequent in Guadeloupe.
Located in a fully secure residence with an automatic gate, our apartments both have a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.
You will also be allocated a dedicated parking space within the residence to park your rental vehicle.

Our offer includes personalized support for holidaymakers: a Saint-François Villaservices agent will welcome you, respond to your specific requests and can provide you with information throughout your stay.
The reservation is accompanied by a mandatory cleaning and laundry package;
We also offer, on request, a weekly car rental, coupled with that of the apartment.

Yacayou apartment was first rented in 2014.
It is matched with the Ikaba apartment.Of identical architecture, they are located in two adjacent buildings.
Yacayou offers the following services that Ikaba does not offer:
- Canopy bed
- Sliding glass separation between the loggia and the living room
